Chair
Dr. Angela Adwoa Asare Affran is a prominent Ghanaian educator, disability rights advocate, gender and inclusive education specialist with over 20 years of experience. She currently serves as a Technical Advisor at T-TEL in Ghana.
Dr. Abubakar Marzuq Azindoo
Member
Dr. Abubakar Marzuq Azindoo is a lecturer, journalist, and researcher on a wide range of issues in language, education, and religion. He is Personal Assistant to the National Chief Imam of Ghana, the executive director of the Islamic Peace and Security Council (IPASEC), and a member of the Governing Board of the Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETFund). He is a multilinguist in Arabic, English, and French.

Madam Victoria Ama Asieduwaa is a prominent Ghanaian lawyer, state prosecutor, and security analyst. She serves as a Principal State Attorney at the Office of the Attorney General and is on secondment as a Crime and Criminality Analyst at the National Centre for Coordination of Early Warning and Response Mechanism (NCCRM)

An organisation development expert, disability rights advocate, and development strategist with over 15 years of experience in inclusive programming, policy formulation, and advocacy across Africa and globally. He has a strong track record of leading national and international disability-inclusive development initiatives, influencing policy and legislative reforms, and fostering collaboration with UN agencies, INGOs, organisations of persons with disabilities, and civil society. His areas of expertise include leadership and management, participatory grantmaking, gender and social inclusion, resource mobilisation, partnership development, and monitoring and evaluation.
Madam Rhoda Ayerkie Quarshie
Member
An accomplished quantitative finance professional and emerging leader with expertise in public and private finance, risk management, and advanced analytics. She serves as Assistant Vice President and Quantitative Finance Analyst at Bank of America, where she leads the development of risk models and frameworks spanning model development, financial market risk, and credit risk, integrating advanced statistical modeling to strengthen risk oversight, regulatory reporting, and business decision-making.
Rhoda holds an MSc in Mathematics from Southeast Missouri State University, USA, and a BSc in Actuarial Science (First Class Honours) from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. Her academic excellence earned her multiple awards, and she was actively involved in leadership and civic roles with organisations such as the NCCE, CHRAJ, and the National Actuarial Science Students Association, Ghana, where she served as Women's Commissioner, driving mentorship and empowerment initiatives for women and youth.
