AgriEmpower Project – Kinkandina, West Mamprusi Municipality
Through the AgriEmpower Project, Renel Ghana Foundation supported two women-led farmer groups in Kinkandina, West Mamprusi Municipality, with both financial assistance and capacity-building training aimed at strengthening agricultural productivity and economic resilience.

The support included cash grants to enable the purchase of farm inputs and the establishment of small agribusiness ventures. In addition, beneficiaries received training on climate-smart agriculture, crop diversification, and agribusiness management to promote sustainable farming practices.
The Executive Director of Renel Ghana Foundation engaged directly with the women through a community dialogue focused on inclusive agriculture, sustainability, and addressing local challenges. This intervention strengthens women’s participation in agriculture, enhances food security, and contributes to improved household incomes in rural communities.
